This version is withMP3 v1.60 English version and it support PPC2003 (WindowsMobile2003)
and it upgrade from withMP3 v1.52SP2`s function.
Enhanced equalizer - the sound range on both of high & low pitch widening, added reflection effect about equalizer spectrum,
and enhanced audio CODEC error modifying.
Also, get rid of sound interruption phase on seeking and reduce tick sound noise.
